The following types of transactions can be dropped off in the DMV Secure Drop Box:
- Dealer Work
- Individual Title Work
- Registration Renewals
- Returned Plates (No envelope needed)
All other work must be secured in an envelope and include your:
- Name
- Telephone Number
- Fees
Cash will not be accepted
You will need to include a check payable to WVDMV or make notation on your documents that you want us to contact you to pay by Credit Card over the phone.

Title Fee: $15.00
Lien Fee: $10.00
Sales Tax: 6%
New Standard A Plate: $51.50
One Year Standard A Renewal: $51.50
Two Year Standard A Renewal: $103.00
Plate Transfer: $10.50
Duplicate Title: $15.00
