CHARLESTON, W.Va.- Customers of the Franklin DMV Regional Office will need to consider taking their skills test at another regional office during the Treasure Mountain Festival. Other regional offices nearby include Elkins and Moorefield. All other DMV transactions will be available to customers those two days at the Franklin office.
