All DMV offices will be closing at 12:30 on Friday, April, 3, 2026, with the exception of Kanawha City, which will be closing at noon. Kanawha City and Martinsburg locations will be open on Saturday, April 4, from 8:00 a.m. to noon. All DMV locations will reopen on Monday, April 6, at 8:00 a.m.
