CHARLESTON, W.Va.- Per the announcement from Governor Justice on Wednesday, July 3, all DMV Regional Offices will be closed Thursday, July 4th, as well as Friday, July 5th, in observance of Independence Day. The DMV Regional Offices that normally have weekend hours, Kanawha City and Martinsburg, will also be closed Saturday, July 6th.
