The West Virginia Department of Transportation (WVDOT) Geospatial Transportation Information (GTI) Section Portal is designed to disseminate transportation information to the citizens of West Virginia. The Portal is capable of providing geospatial data without the need for users to have stand-alone GIS software. Part of the strength of this technology is the ability to integrate data from many sources and from many scales. As a result, the users will view the data at varying degrees of accuracy. The Portal is for general geospatial transportation information purposes only and is not intended for legal, engineering, or surveying purposes.
The information available from the Portal is subject to change at any time, without notice. While the WVDOT GTI Section makes every effort to provide useful and accurate information, the materials and information presented on this website are provided “as is,” and the WVDOT, its agents, and employees make no warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including without limitation any warranty as to the correctness, accuracy, or currentness of the information and any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, expectation of privacy, or non-infringement. Users are advised that the use of any WVDOT geospatial data is at their own risk.
The WVDOT GTI Section website may contain links to sites that are not maintained by the WVDOT.
