West Virginia Turnpike’s Beckley Travel Plaza. In the Winter of 2024, this
new oasis will feature Wendy’s, Starbucks, Popeyes, and Mountain State Market, beckoning motorists to rest,
relax and recharge during their journey through the lush, rolling hills and
heavenly panorama of West Virginia.
West Virginia is a
popular mecca for art, recreation, and cultural enthusiasts. From exhilarating
fresh-water fishing and rock climbing to world-class snow skiing, golfing, and
outdoor excursions, West Virginia is a vacation resort region on the top
destinations list of nearly every adventure seeker. Visit our Travel
Information Counselors who are happy to provide you with information about
local theatre performances, festivals, and special events throughout the State.

Soon you can visit our new Mountain State Market replete with
the nourishments you crave and the conveniences you covet, including local and
regional gourmet foods, a grab-and-go food bar, hot and cold beverages, travel
accessories, electronics, healthy snacks, sundries, health and beauty aids,
non-prescription drugs and much more.
In the meantime, you can still visit our West Virginia Made
crafts stores featuring locally produced quilts, pottery, glassware, and wood-sculpted
art pieces as well as a variety of West Virginia foods.
