Right of Way Questionnaire

This Contract is intended for use by the approved WVDOT -DOH Consultants utilizing Core boring Subcontractors. The electronic version of the Core boring Contract contains the standard specification for sub-surface investigations and has input fields that are to be updated by the Consultant. Any changes to the body of the contract should be done as an attached addendum, to be approved by the WVDOT Division of Highways.
