• ​Valid Instruction Permit
• 50 hour log or Driver’s Education Certificate if under 18 years of age
• Accompanied by valid licensed driver with the following:
• Vehicle that passes inspection
• Valid insurance card for vehicle
• Valid registration card for vehicle
