The Business Manager is responsible for the organization, coordination and execution of the fiscal and business management operations of the Department of Transportation. In addition, the Business Manager is the liason between the DOT and multiple State of WV Agencies, the Finance Comittees of the Legislature and the Finance Director for the Federal Highway Administration.
