There will be delays on Wood County Route 38/10, Guinn Road, beginning at the intersection of Wood County Route 13/1, Eli Locust Road, at milepost 3.137, to the intersection of Wood County Route 38, Lost Pavement Road, at milepost 2.544; then onto Wood County Route 38/10, Guinn Road, from milepost 0.00, to milepost 0.758, between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., Monday, November 24, 2025, through the summer of 2026, for a water line installation.
Flagging personnel will be utilized at times to maintain traffic flow. Motorists are asked to plan accordingly.
