Continuing its commitment to transparency, the West Virginia Department of Transportation advises that, beginning at 7:00 AM Monday, May 11, 2020, at the junction of US-250 and I-70 WB in Wheeling (Ramp J) will be closed. This closure will occur throughout all hours and will continue for approximately 120 days. The ramp is anticipated to re-open in mid-September 2020.
