A portion of County Route 3 (Doolin Run Road), in New Martinsville, will be restricted to one lane, at milepost 1.80, from 8:00 a.m. to noon, on Friday, September 12, 2025, for pole replacement. Flaggers will be maintaining traffic. Emergency vehicles and school buses will be accommodated. Motorists are advised to slow down and expect delays.
