A portion of WV 2, at the intersection of County Route 2/2 (Wells Hill Road), in Proctor, will be restricted to one lane, from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., on Thursday, October 10, 2024, for road maintenance. Motorists are advised to reduce speed and expect slight delays.
