Wood County Route 21/31 (Pond Creek Road) will be closed at milepost 1.55 from 7:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., Thursday, Sept. 25, through Friday, Sept. 26, for culvert replacement.
Flaggers will be present. Motorists are advised to plan accordingly.
Inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances could change the work schedule.
