NOTICE TO PREQUALIFIED RIGHT OF WAY CONTRACTORS
Sealed proposals will be received by the West Virginia Department of Transportation, Division of Highways at its central Right of Way office in Building Five, Room 820, 1900 Kanawha Boulevard, East, Charleston, West Virginia 25305-0430 until 4:00 p.m., March 23, 2018. The next business day at 11:00 a.m. the said proposals will be publicly opened and read immediately thereafter for the following projects:
CALL 18-101 – The West Virginia Division of Highways (hereinafter, “Division”), is soliciting cost proposals to compile an accurate and complete database record of all real estate owned by the Division in the Division’s District 1 (Boone, Clay, Kanawha, Mason, and Putnam Counties).
CALL 18-102 – The West Virginia Division of Highways (hereinafter, “Division”), is soliciting cost proposals to compile an accurate and complete database record of all real estate owned by the Division in the Division’s District 2 (Cabell, Lincoln, Logan, Mingo, and Wayne Counties).
CALL 18-103 – The West Virginia Division of Highways (hereinafter, “Division”), is soliciting cost proposals to compile an accurate and complete database record of all real estate owned by the Division in the Division’s District 3 (Calhoun, Jackson, Pleasants, Ritchie, Roane, Wirt, and Wood Counties).
CALL 18-104 – The West Virginia Division of Highways (hereinafter, “Division”), is soliciting cost proposals to compile an accurate and complete database record of all real estate owned by the Division in the Division’s District 4 (Doddridge, Harrison, Marion, Monongalia, Preston, and Taylor Counties).
CALL 18-105 – The West Virginia Division of Highways (hereinafter, “Division”), is soliciting cost proposals to compile an accurate and complete database record of all real estate owned by the Division in the Division’s District 5 (Beckeley, Grant, Hampshire, Hardy, Jefferson, Mineral, and Morgan Counties).
CALL 18-106 – The West Virginia Division of Highways (hereinafter, “Division”), is soliciting cost proposals to compile an accurate and complete database record of all real estate owned by the Division in the Division’s District 6 (Brooke, Hancock, Marshall, Ohio, Tyler, and Wetzel Counties).
CALL 18-107 – The West Virginia Division of Highways (hereinafter, “Division”), is soliciting cost proposals to compile an accurate and complete database record of all real estate owned by the Division in the Division’s District 7 (Barbour, Braxton, Gilmer, Lewis, Upshur, and Webster Counties).
CALL 18-108 – The West Virginia Division of Highways (hereinafter, “Division”), is soliciting cost proposals to compile an accurate and complete database record of all real estate owned by the Division in the Division’s District 8 (Pendleton, Pocahontas, Randolph, and Tucker Counties).
CALL 18-109 – The West Virginia Division of Highways (hereinafter, “Division”), is soliciting cost proposals to compile an accurate and complete database record of all real estate owned by the Division in the Division’s District 9 (Fayette, Greenbrier, Monroe, Nicholas, and Summers Counties).
CALL 18-110 - The West Virginia Division of Highways (hereinafter, “Division”), is soliciting cost proposals to compile an accurate and complete database record of all real estate owned by the Division in the Division’s District 10 (McDowell, Mercer, Raleigh, and Wyoming Counties).
Proposals will be received from prequalified bidders currently on the WVDOT, DOH’s Approved Right of Way Consultant List. Registration is required with the Department of Administration, Division of Purchasing, in accordance with Chapter 5A, Article 3, Section 12 of the West Virginia Code.

Information regarding qualification requirements necessary for inclusion on the WVDOT, DOH’s Approved Right of Way Consultant List is available by contacting Mr. Tim Whitener via email at [Tim.J.Whitener@wv.gov].
The West Virginia Department of Transportation, Division of Highways reserves the right to defer, delay or postpone the date for receiving and publicly opening proposals for any project designated in this advertisement, without the necessity of renewing such advertisement. All bidders obtaining valid bidding proposals as provided above will be notified of such deferment, delay or postponement and the date that proposals will be received and publicly opened.
The West Virginia Department of Transportation, Division of Highways reserves the right to reject any and all proposals.
The West Virginia Department of Transportation, Division of Highways hereby notifies all bidders that it will affirmatively insure that in any contract entered into pursuant to this advertisement, minority business enterprises will be afforded full opportunity to submit bids in response to this invitation and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, religion, sex or national origin in consideration for an award.
