The West Virginia Department of Transportation, Division of Highways (DOH) seeks to replace the McQuain Brothers Bridges and approaches carrying I-79 over US 119 in Kanawha County using the Design-Build procurement method. The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to solicit Technical and Cost Proposals from prequalified design-build teams interested in providing the services described in this RFP.
