Single Trip
Single Trip - For oversize and/or overweight. Specific to a particular vehicle and routes.
Mobile Home Single Trip - For mobile homes. Specific to a partiulcar vehicle and routes.
A mobile home single trip permit is limited to following:
Combination Length: 110 feet
Mobile Home Length: 80 feet
Width: 16 feet
Height: 15 feet 6 inches
Single Trip permits cost $20 plus $.04 per ton (overweight)-mile. Mobile home single trip permits cost $20 each.
If a single trip permit requires low-impact monitoring over bridge crossings, the cost is $150 for the first bridge, $100 for the second bridge, and $50 for each additional bridge up to a maximum of $750.
Blanket (Annual)
Regular - Annual permit issued for oversize and/or overweight. Specific to a particular power unit.
Oversize - For oversize only.
Overweight and Oversize - For overweight (and oversize).
Seagoing - Annual permit for overweight seagoing containerized cargo. Specific to a particular power unit.
Mobile Home - Annual permits for mobile homes 14 feet wide or less. Specific to a particular power unit.
With the exception ofseagoing permits,
overweight loadsmust be nondivisible. All blanket permits aregoodfor unlimited tripsfor the period of 1 year from the permit start date. The start date may be the application date or any date up to 30 days in the future.
Single Trip permits are subject to a size and weight analysis before being issued. Overhang dimensions may not exceed 15 feet in the front and 30 feet in the rear for any permit.
Oversize Blanket permits are limited to vehicles meeting the following size limilts. Legal weights apply.

Blanket Permit - Seagoing
This permit is for overweight seagoing containerized cargo. Travel is allowed on most major highways, but some restrctions apply.
The weight limits for this type of permit are as follows:
Gross Weight: 90,000 lbs
Single Axle: 28,000 lbs
Tandem Axle: 45,000 lbs
Tridem Axle: 50,000 lbs
Seagoing Blanket permitscost $150 for 1-15 permits, and $15 for each additional permit.
Blanket Permit - Mobile Home
This permit is for mobile homes 14 feet wide or less. The following limitsapply:
