Will I-70 be closed?
There are planned closures to allow for construction of the Fulton Bridges. I-70 WB at Fulton Bridge was closed starting February 1, 2020 and reopened by November 2020. Likewise, I-70 EB at Fulton Bridge was closed from February 1, 2021 to November 1, 2021.

Official Press Releases about the project will be posted on the Articles & Press Releases page. These will give you up to date information on the contractor’s activities.
How is this project being funded? How much will it cost?
This project is being funded through Governor Justice’s Drive Forward WV program. The winning bid was $214 million dollars.
