Acquisition Section

The Acquisition Section of the Right of Way Division of the West Virginia Department of Transportation, Division of Highways, negotiates to acquire properties required for the construction of highway projects, with an end result of paying the property owners the just compensation to which they are  entitled and a settlement which represents compensation that is fair to the public.
