Application for Designated Counties
The links below may be used when requesting the designation of additional CRTS routes situated within the boundaries of the following ten counties:
- Boone
- Fayette
- Lincoln
- Logan
- McDowell
- Mercer
- Mingo
- Raleigh
- Wayne
- Wyoming
Routes in these counties are considered for approval by the Division of Highways (DOH).
Please remit the completed application and required fee to the following address:
