Center lanes of I-64 and I-77 closed across the Elk River in Charleston, on Tuesday, August 4, 2026

The center lanes of Interstate 77 South and Interstate 64 East, across the Elk River in Charleston, will be closed, just before the Leon Sullivan Way Exit, beginning at 5:30 p.m. Tuesday, August 4, 2026, for pothole repairs.
 
Pothole repairs will also require closing the left lane of I-64 and left lane of I-77 where they come together before crossing the river.
