The Interstate 64 eastbound slow lane across the Fort Hill Bridge in Charleston will remain closed through the early weekend for a concrete repair.
An approximately 8-by-15-foot section of concrete failed around 2 p.m. Wednesday, March 26, 2025. West Virginia Division of Highways (WVDOH) repair crews immediately closed the slow lane to organize repairs.
The slow lane is expected to reopen by Saturday, March 29, 2025.
