A portion of Alternate WV 27 (Allegheny Street), in Follansbee, at the intersection of Oak Street, will have the right lane closed from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., on Thursday, July 17, 2025, and Friday, July 18, 2025, for a utility hole installation. Flaggers will maintain traffic. Motorists are advised to reduce speed and expect slight delays.
