CHARLESTON, WV – A portion of County Route 24 (Sellers Road), from milepost 0.00 to milepost 3.60, in Middlebourne, will be restricted to one lane, from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., beginning Thursday, September 4, 2025, through mid-October 2025, for fiber optic installation. Traffic will be maintained by flaggers. Emergency vehicles and school buses will be accommodated. Motorists are advised to slow down and expect delays.
Inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances could change the project schedule.
