A portion of WV 23, at milepost 3.50, in Alma, will be restricted to one lane, from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m., on Thursday, August 7, 2025, for electric pole maintenance. Traffic will be maintained by flaggers. Motorists are advised to reduce speed and expect delays.
