Lane Closures on Apple Harvest Drive, in Martinsburg, Berkeley County, Beginning Sunday, March 16, 2025

The westbound straight travel lane and the right turn lane on Apple Harvest Drive (WV 45) in Martinsburg will be temporarily closed overnight to allow utility crews to safely relocate a water line. A detour route and electronic message boards will be active to direct traffic through the area. To minimize the impact on daily commuters, construction operations are scheduled exclusively during nighttime hours.
