A portion of WV 2, at 72 Warwood Avenue, in Wheeling, will be restricted to one lane, from 8:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., on Friday, August 1, 2025, for gas line maintenance. Traffic will be maintained by flaggers. Motorists are advised to slow down and expect delays.
