County Route 18 (Miller Hill Road) will be closed beginning 12:00 p.m. on Friday, March 21, 2025, through 5:00 p.m., on Sunday, March 23, 2025, for pipeline crossing. Emergency vehicles and school buses will be accommodated. Motorists must follow detour and use an alternate route.
Alternate Route: Use County Route 5 (Big Wheeling Creek) to County Route 16 (Caldwell Hill Road) to County Route 7 (Sand Hill Road).
Inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances could change the project schedule.
