ELECTRONIC BIDDING SYSTEM 5.3a MANDATORY APRIL 19, 2005 EXCEPT WHEN PREQUALIFICATION IS WAIVED

After identifying a project or projects of interest, you can find more detail on the contracts advertised by clicking on the title, or you may purchase plans and proposals by calling the Contract Administration Division’s Contract Section at (304)558-2874. Unless otherwise noted in the advertisement the division will accept bidding proposals only from contractors who have been prequalified by the WVDOT-DOH.

Since the 2005 State Wage Rates are currently under protest, the WV Division of Labor 2004 Wage Rates will be used in accordance with Section 110.2 of the 2003 Supplemental Specifications for minimum wage rate determination.
