Project Description

The West Virginia Division of Highways (WVDOH) is proposing modifications to Interstate 64 from approximately 0.15 miles west of WV 193 to approximately 0.86 miles east of CR 60/89 in Cabell County by the Design-Build Contractor. This project includes the rehabilitation and widening of 2.9 miles of interstate affecting both Barboursville’s interchanges (WV 193 and West/East/Mall Road) and the replacement of five bridges. This meeting complies with the public involvement requirements of the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) and Section 106 of the National Historic Preservation Act.
