| Project Category | Description and Operational Scope |

| 2026 Core Maintenance Projects | The ‘2026 Core Maintenance Projects’ map reflects the maintenance work activities for ditching, mowing, patching, pothole patching, and stabilization as outlined in the 2026 Core Maintenance Plan. |
| Completed Projects | The ‘Completed Projects’ map depicts all recently completed roadway and bridge construction projects. |
| Active Projects | The ‘Active Projects’ map includes all roadway and bridge construction projects with work currently underway. |
| Planned Projects | The ‘Planned Projects’ map includes all roadway and bridge construction projects with a planned start date in the current year or future years. |
| Emergency Projects | The ‘Emergency Projects’ map includes projects funded by the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) and/or the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) in response to declared emergencies and natural disasters since 2024. |
