CADD Standards and Design Aids

Open Roads Designer Information

WVDOH, in conjunction with Bentley, has developed a workspace for projects using WVDOH CADD standards for use with Open Roads Designer (ORD).  At this time there is no start date for requiring ORD, however, teams inside of the WVDOH are using ORD to prepare plans for advertising. The following files are the WVDOH Workspace file and installation instructions for non-WVDOH users using ORD.  It is the sole responsibility of the user to load and install the files.  If issues occur, we recommend you contact your representative through your license agreement for assistance.

Microstation V8i and InRoads SS2 Information

The WVDOH is in the process of phasing out the use of Microstation V8i and InRoads SS2 software. WVDOH no longer provides support for pre-ORD software configurations and preference files.
