The Beneficiary Mitigation Plan
West Virginia’s plan provides a high-level vision for the use of the Mitigation Trust allocation. The priorities guide the selection of projects that maximize environmental benefits and focus on communities that have borne a disproportionate share of air pollution.
Program Transparency: Semi-Annual Reports
