Project Background

The West Virginia Division of Highways (WVDOH) held a virtual public meeting on Tuesday, September 29, 2020 on the proposed upgrades to Greenbag Road (County Route 857) Project. This meeting complies with the public involvement requirements of the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) and Section 106 of the National Historic Preservation Act.

The scheduled public meeting was from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. and the public was afforded the opportunity to ask questions and give written comments on the project throughout the meeting. Live presentations were held at 5:00, 6:00, and 7:00 PM. All information remained available throughout the comment period. View Live Meeting and More Information
