This program monitors all federal-aid highway construction contracts of $2,000.00 or greater for compliance with the federal Davis-Bacon and Related Acts and the Copeland "Anti-Kickback" Act.

Additionally, the program acts as a liaison between contractors and the West Virginia Division of Labor to disseminate the requirements of the West Virginia Jobs Act for state-funded highway construction contracts of $500,000.00 or greater.
