Performance Management Division
Directed by Michelle Oxley, the Performance Management Division utilizes a strategic, data-driven approach to drive decision-making within the WVDOT. By collecting and analyzing critical infrastructure data, the division assists leadership, policy makers, and the legislature in making informed investment and policy decisions to meet national performance goals.
