West Virginia E-ZPass and Florida SunPass Customers

West Virginia E-ZPass customers can now use their E-ZPass throughout the Sunshine State! Florida SunPass customers may now use their SunPass for travel on the West Virginia Turnpike! Is my Single Fee Discount Plan valid on toll roads or bridges in Florida? No, the Single Fee Discount Plan is only valid on the WV Turnpike.
Can I use my personal WV E-ZPass on toll road in Florida? Yes, if your account is set up with a prepaid toll balance.
How do I set up a prepaid toll balance on my personal E-ZPass account? To set up a prepaid toll balance you will need to add a credit or debit card or bank account information to your account for automatic replenishment. You may do this on the Billing Options page when logging in to your account online. Once you have set up your Billing Options you will then need to go to the “Make a Payment” page to make the initial payment into your toll balance. You may also establish a prepaid toll balance over the phone by calling our Customer Service Center at 1-800-206-6222 between 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM Monday through Friday.
