A portion of County Route 17, (12th Street), in Moundsville, will be restricted to one lane, from the intersection of County Route 17/8 (DOT Drive), to the intersection of McConnel Drive, from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., beginning Wednesday, January 14, 2026, through Friday, January 30, 2026, for fiber optic installation. Traffic will be maintained by flaggers. Motorists are advised to slow down and expect delays.
