Americans with Disabilities Act

The West Virginia Department of Transportation, Division of Highways, has revised its original 1992 "Action Plan" to fulfill the requirements of Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 and Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990.  These revisions have been incorporated into a living document, titled the Americans with Disabilities Act Revised Transition Plan (ADARTP).  The ADARTP serves as an informational document for state and local partners, the citizens of West Virginia, and those who visit West Virginia.

If you have any questions regarding the ADARTP or any of the documents available through this webpage, please feel free to contact the West Virginia Department of Transportation's ADA Coordinator (contact information below).

If you would like to make a disability access complaint, please use either the Disability Access Complaint Form or contact the WVDOT ADA Coordinator.
