A portion of WV 23, McElroy Creek Road, from milepost 6.0 to milepost8.75, will be restricted to one lane, from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., beginning Tuesday, March 17, 2026, through early May, for fiber optic installation. Traffic will be maintained by flaggers. Motorists are advised to reduce speed and expect delays.
