Portions of WV 18 (Middle Island Creek Road), in Alma and in Middlebourne, will be restricted to one lane, from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., beginning Wednesday, April 1, 2026, through Thursday, April 9, 2026, for pole maintenance. Traffic will be maintained by flaggers. Motorists are advised to slow down and expect delays.
