A portion of County Route 28/3, from 801 to 1066 Apple Pie
Ridge, will be restricted from 8:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., beginning on Monday, October 30,
2023, through Monday, November 20, 2023, for fiber optic installation. Traffic will be
maintained by flaggers. Motorists are advised to slow down and expect delays.
Inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances could change the project schedule.
