A portion of County Route 89 (Proctor Creek Road), in Proctor, at milepost 15.42, will be restricted to one lane, from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., on Wednesday, January 7, 2026, and Thursday, January 8, 2026, for geotech boring. Flaggers will maintain traffic. Motorists are advised to slow down and expect delay. Emergency vehicles and school buses will be accommodated.
