The northbound lane on Columbia Avenue, beneath the Quarrier Street Bridge in Charleston, will be closed beginning Monday, March 2, 2026, to stage equipment for a project to replace the Quarrier Street Bridge.
The right two lanes across the bridge will be closed beginning Monday, March 9, 2026, to begin Phase 1 of the project.
