The eastbound left lane and shoulder on eastbound Interstate 64 will be closed and traffic shifted to the right lane and acceleration lane on Interstate 64 between Exit 50 (Institute) and Exit 53 (Dunbar) from Monday, June 2, 2025, through early July, for rehabilitation projects on the Academy and Finney Road bridges.
During construction, traffic getting onto I-64 East at Institute will have a stop sign before entering the interstate.
Detours will be in place for local traffic. Law enforcement will assist with traffic flow.
