The West Virginia Department of Transportation, Division of Highways (DOH) seeks to construct a portion of the Coalfields Expressway between the Mullens Connector and CR 12/1 in Wyoming County using a Public-Private Partnership/ Design-Build procurement method. The purpose of this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) is to solicit letters of interest and qualifications from firms interested in providing the services described in this RFQ.
