2024 Supplemental Specifications
Note: Standard Specifications are issued periodically as the need dictates. Supplemental Specifications to accompany the Standard Specifications are issued annually on January 1st and are effective on all projects let to contract thereafter. Each new Supplemental Specification replaces the previous one and incorporates new changes as well as changes from previous specifications.
