Updated Oil and Gas Policy, permits (MM-109) are require for any work within the Division of Highways's right of way. All permits (MM-109) are applied for online on the

Please be aware that the WVDOH has additional
Oil and Gas Pipeline Requirements beyond what is in the Utilities Manual.
Applicant will be required to have an appropriate
bond and Road Maintenance Agreement in place before receiving an approved permit.
With
all new Oil and Gas permits and/or Agreements, the individual District Offices
of the DOH will issue and advocate the usage of the one page With all new Oil
