Property Management

The objective of the Property Management functions are to maximize the use of property acquired by the West Virginia Division of Highways, for the highway purposes and non-right of way real estate.  To negotiate/approve leases, disposition of excess real estate and right of ways. This section also arranges for the public sale or demolition of structures to clear properties of improvements prior to  start of construction projects.
