The West Virginia Division of Highways advises that, as a part of tunnel inspection, there will be alternating traffic patterns through the Wheeling Tunnel Eastbound. The Market Street I-70 Eastbound on-ramp will also be closed as a part of the tunnel inspection. These closures will take place from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. and are expected to be lifted Wednesday, February 3.
